Kennel restrictions during Coronavirus isolation period
As of Monday the 16th of March Willowdale Farm will be limiting access to our kennels to the general public, this is to ensure the safety of our staff some of which have underlying health conditions which put them at a higher risk if they caught Covid 19. This will not affect dogs arriving or leaving our kennels or the daily routine for the dogs. Public interaction however will be kept to a minimum. We are asking all visitors to adhere to social distancing measures.
Emergency Boarding and Rescue Kennels for all Rescues and Animal Organisations.
My name is Louise I have been working and volunteering in the animal rescue world for many years. Some people may know me and my husband Carl from our time with Heathlands Animal Sanctuary or as the founder and fund raising manager of Luna Animal Rescue. We have recently moved to the quiet village of Marshland St James on the Cambs/Norfolk border and have acquired existing kennels with over 6 1/2 acres of woodland and fully enclosed paddocks. Our aim is to help other rescues and animal charities with the ever needed Emergency Boarding. With previous experience of the mounting costs of commercial kennels offering emergency boarding it is our ideal to keep the rescues costs at a minimum whilst including food, exercise and care. Vaccinations would be preferred but are not essential and this can be discussed before the dogs arrival.
Carl and I have now started our own small rescue and will be rehoming dogs, to see the dogs in our care please have a look on our Dogs for Rehoming page.
We have an Amazon wishlist that has treats and toys that the dogs would be very grateful for especially over the holiday season.
