Arlo is looking for a home with someone who has a proven track record with owning and training a large guarding breed type dog. Arlo needs strong boundaries and leadership to help him learn. When Arlo respects you he thrives with this type of guidance but his respect has to be earnt! He is not an easy dog and will require someone to invest time and energy in him.
Arlo has a very high prey drive and cannot be homed with small fur or feathered friends. Ideally he would be homed as a lone dog but may get on with a confident bitch with careful intros.
